He ran and fitted cables to my new tv. and he was brilliant; very happy with work done. Craig was swift, and diligent on the job, showing amazing technical expertise. Would definitely recommend.

As an IT provider to small and medium business, we have seen some dodgy work out in the field. But NOT from All Points Communications. On the numerous times we've engaged the All Points team for subcontract work it has been to high standard and executed as per the scope of works. They are also very aware and compliant with cabling regulations, unlike some of their competitors.On a recent job we needed to replace an entire server rack & structured cabling within a tight deadline; their team came through and were cool and calm under pressure. On another job, we sent them down to southwest WA for a 3 day job based off a mudmap drawing and a 30 minute phone briefing, a week before we needed to install IT gear. When we arrived to do our part, all the data and cabling infrastructure was installed to an extremely high standard, including comms cabinet, WiFi points up on roof trusses some 18 odd metres up, wall outlets, and their technician left the place very tidy and disposed of rubbish. Could not ask for more, it made our job much easier.10/10 would recommend.

Had an issue with my NBN and got referred to APC. From first email to query availability, to their prompt response and immediate appointment to come check the issue, I found them very professional, knowledgeable and friendly.The office team were great and so was the technician who came to my place.Hopefully I don’t have issues again, but I appreciate your assistance!!

Quick response to my request for quote at short notice. The work (relocation of NBN lead-in) was completed promptly and competently, although not exactly tidily. Email and telephone communication excellent. I had a couple of problems (very late invoicing, for some reason) that were nevertheless dealt with professionally and quickly. Overall this was a positive experience so I would recommend this business and use them again.

Overall a disappointing experience. Booked by phone and was not advised of any call out fee. A confirmation emailWas sent a confirmation email from a personal email address, which was filtered through to spam and was not found until accounting issues arose over a month later. The tech did attend, and was pleasant enough, however refused to begin the job straight away as it was raining (barely). The majority of the work needed was internal anyway.He advised that he was on his way to another job and would call me later in the day. Clearly this indicates that there was little intention of completing the job straight away.We just needed the internal NBN box relocated, however I was told that additional works would be needed to reinstate the phone line (not requested or needed) and to re run additional cabling “just in case” the box needed to be returned to its original position. Classic up-sell.After a month of no communication an invoice appeared, and messages chasing payment started immediately.Multiple replies to the admin team remain unresolved.I’ve offered to pay a pro-rata amount for the 20 minutes that was spent on site, despite a good portion of it having just been spent in casual conversation.Promises of further discussion with management have yet to resolve anything.

What an absolute delight to deal with. Very professional, courteous, and friendly - from the telephone booking, through to job completion. Paul did a great job installing additional data points in our house and the workmanship is spot on - taking extra care to clean up after himself (very rare in a tradie). Would highly recommend and will certainly engage for future requirements.

Was having issues with my Nbn in my new home. Numerous internet providers couldn't help. They talked me through the set up. Very friendly and professional. Would recommend.
