Allied Diesel & Turbo

Absolutely disappointed! Dropped my mazda bt50 off with a turbo/vacuum issue to diagnose, told them I had to wait around as originally was told about an hour ... they said markets were around the corner, so went and waited, rang them after an hour and a half and was told he was test driving it and would call .. three hours later I rang again! Got told mate were just trying to help you! I said no worries I could have ubered home and waited, he said yeah call about 3pm ... rings me an said removed exhaust from rear of turbo and had it revving up to 4000rpm up hills and said blocked cat converter! ... took it to another mechanic, removed the exhaust from rear of turbo as they claimed they had .. 1. It doesn't have a catalic converter 2. It wasn't the problem at all as made no difference whatsoever! Paid $400 to be lied to! And cost me again with 2nd mechanic! Thanks for nothing!

Fantastic service, really looked after us after we had taken our Navara to multiple places with no answers as to why it was loosing power. They diagnosed the issue and fixed it promptly and now our car is going great. What’s better is they didn’t charge us the earth to fix. Very happy customer.

If I could give these guys a 6 star rating I would. Extremely helpful, very pleasant to deal with and they know their stuff through and through. Even gave me some free advice which came in handy. Can thoroughly recommend these guys.

highly recommend bryce, sent my gu in for an injector pump and even though they were understaffed and under the pump bryce got into it and fixed it all up for me, went back a few days later with an intake problem thinking it was the pump but bryce diagnosed and fixed the problem on the spot and sent me on my way with a perfectly working car again. I won't be going anywhere else.

Had our vehicle around at several other workshops for weeks, unsuccessfully diagnosed before being recommended these guys. As they are a busy business I expected the worst....but was genuinely surprised when we got our car back within 2 days!! and for next to nothing as Bryce found work done by previous workshops had wired up incorrectly Switch and used wrong Relay!! Can't thank the team at Allied enough. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Everyone was helpful and professional.I brought my car that had been quoted with repairs over 4500 $ at the dealer and they found out not everything the dealer said was damaged.They did the work extremely well and it was a reasonable price.The best was however, that the owner is totally commited to give you a 5 star service and guarantees the work.
