Great team! Loan, Maddy, Jo and Dave are super friendly, highly motivated and create a fun environment to work out in. New gym too! Highly recommend!!

Been going to F45 Footscray for the past few years and can honestly say what keeps me going are the trainers, full of energy, encouragement and support and they know when to and when not to push you to get results, especially Long who is also the owner. He makes everyone feel welcome and creates that friends and family vibe and is a great spotter if you're looking to lift a bit heavier.

F45 Footscray is unlike any other gym (or any other F45 for that matter)! I have never been the kind of person that enjoys going to the gym or would commit to any kind of consistent exercise. Long & Lan changed that completely for me by providing a team of knowledgeable trainers in a relaxed environment who give you great form and knowledge to support any kind of fitness goal. F45 Footscray has been like second home for me for many years & I can't imagine not starting my day there!

I've always been sceptical of fitness training centres like F45 and had the view it wasn't worth it because they simply put up a video on screen. I've been training at F45 Footscray for 6 months now and my view has changed completely. The trainers and owners are great, they adapt to what you want and need, they coach and encourage, they're flexible, the classes are efficient, the schedule is good and more importantly, I've seen real results in my health & fitness levels. Highly recommended joining F45 Footscray!

Amazing trainers who take the time to correct your form and push you in the right ways. The owners are incredibly friendly and passionate and have created a culture that is inclusive, supportive and friendly. Clean studio with plenty of parking. I've thoroughly enjoyed training here over the last year and would highly recommend!

Say what you want about f45, but I've had a very good time training at this gym. The owners Lana & long are just the nicest most generous people and it's more of an f45 family. Makes you want to go in every day because all the trainers are so welcoming and lovely. Honestly, I can see the changes on my body after 4 weeks of training.Don't think too much, just join.
