Not friendly , very rude guy , never use his service again

Would not recommend them. Phoned Wednesday, said they would be here 7.30Am Thursday, they phoned to say they couldn't make it till after 12, that was ok, I had told them on Wednesday what the problem was, when they turned up Thursaday they said they had ordered it so it would be here on Friday. They were to come back about midday, I phoned at 2pm to be told the part wouldn't be here till Monday, and would be here about midday, so now at 3.30pm I phoned and was told the part isn't available, and mechanic said he text me. No text was received, his excuse was hehad two people with my name (Christian name), dont think to look at your order to see which one had the problem you were waiting for the part. USLESS.

Pretty disappointing my car wouldn’t start payed the call out fee and mechanic said my key transponder wasn’t being picked up or my ignition barrel needed replacing he promised to come back and replace the part And decided to ignore all my phone calls and till this day has never gotten back to me i phoned another mechanic who diagnosed the car in less than 10 minutes ended up being the crank sensor honestly wont be using Auto king ever again soo unreliableWould like my money back thankyou very much.

Absolutely horrible experience with this company.I made an appointment for 9 o'clock but your mechanic sent me a message telling me to tell autoking office that he couldn't come. Is it my duty to tell? Then later I called the call center, she was cursing with rude words and speaking in a terrible. I have to stop work to wait for fix at 1.30pm. It's a very bad service.

I first met Luis nearly a decade off from an internet search for mobile mechanics. I have been using his service since and have recommended him to others. Our family now has several cars that Luis exclusively maintains. Highly recommended for timeliness, skill, price, knowledge and willingness to go the extra to source parts for one of our vehicles that is difficult to source new parts for. Thanks again Luis!

Called in today for booking rwc, Susan answered and contemplated how much the work is stressful with her guesture. Very robotic and asked me questions and never listened to any of my questions. Clearly portrayed they dont care what customers are. Finally I ended up canceling the booking afraid it may give me hard time if I'm gonna take their service.

I had Mr Smyth do a mobile roadworthy for me, he was friendly, helpful and very professional. I highly recommend his services

Aggghhh. AutoKing couldn’t even record details correctly on a simple roadworthy certificate, making the issued certificate null upon issue, and useless for purpose. Asked 4 times to get correction and reissue, but a waste of time. Asked for a refund 4 times and again wasted my time. Now facing small claims court because they don’t action, and just keep saying yes, when they mean no!
