GP Glass

Everyone in the showroom was super helpful and replied super quickly, but installers were sloppy and rushed my job as I had 6 windows and 2 doors to fit! They did it in 5 hours. And my windows aren’t small. My window frames have dents / chips in them, black marks I can’t get off or paint over and they frames were not out on properly with major gaps that I personally had to fix.

GP Glass has done many projects in my home and all were attended to in a professional and timely manner. On each occasion the work was supervised by Damien with attention to detail and an abundance of good humour.

GP provided all Windows and sliding doors etc for a new extension at my old house. I am now using them for doors to go into a big shed and a container at my new place. Good and reliable service and products at a fair price.

Had a fault in glass window and window winders they were not interested in even looking at the faulty glass.Every winder in my house is faulty and GP Glass have even discontinued using the winder in their windows but still wouldn't replace them all under warranty.

Normally have a Windows supplied through Glass supplies Launceston.Chased a cheaper option through JP glass.After 4 years of issues I'm qualified to say the window winders are duds all stripped after very little use.This started happening not long after first use.Door strikers on sliding doors missing screws on the fly screens and come loose all the time on the glass sliders.Fix pained glass internal exploded in the middle of the night.Nothing repaired not their problem.

Very poor communication and service, windows not delivered on said date they would be ready by. Will never use this company again which is a shame as the windows themselves are of good quality.

Good selection of products and helpful. It will be good to see how long the quote takes and will wait to see if all windows and doors are ready for our build on time.

I went here to get a quote for a security screen for my campervan and was quoted $500 for the cheapest but that after i refused to pay thousand dollas. I was told it would take a full day to be fitted. I'm from SA and these guys clearly thought they could do day light robbery on me. The first quote I got $1000 for ONE small window. Never the less i didnt go ahead with the security screen. But i did find a place in Devonport who fitted the security screen to my window of my campervan for $200 and it took them a hour at blues security screens and windows. You been warn about GP glass. Don't be fooled and ripped off by them!!!
