I phoned them re an appointment letter. Told them that I'm on an old age pension. And was told repeatedly by Max from Max employment that if I didn't interact with Max employment that eventually I would be taken off by Centrelink. I requested that he do something from his end and write a note against my name saying that I was on an old age pension and wasn't looking for work. He said that . He wasn't prepared to do that. Kept repeating himself and terminated the call.
