Gavin and his team installed 19 solar panels on our property. They were on time and efficient! They installed the top of the range inverter and ensure all was connected and working - all for a great price! They liaised with the power company. Gavin was only to happy to help with any question, nothing was too much trouble. They continue to monitor the panels and the after sales care is second to none! Can not recommend them highly enough.

I'm very happy with the solar install that Gavin and his team did for us. He was very responsive, pricing was fair and the installation was quick and easy. We had some minor issues post installation (panels were visible from the ground and the inverter software needed updating) which were addressed within 24 hours of me notifying Gavin. Gavin from Green Star Solar provided a very competitive quote form my 16kw LG/ SolarEdge PV system. His team were polite, efficient and did a professional install and are qualified electricians. Green Star Solar was a terrific company to work with. they answered all my questions, engaged in constructive discussions, were flexible in providing alternatives at my suggestion and have been willing with backup questions and service much to my satisfaction.Green Star Solar's work operatives were professional, they were experienced in their work, were easy to get on with, they were neat and had obvious pride in their work, and did a really good job. I also had a separate quotation for electrical work in my house and they performed that to my satisfaction despite some tricky electricianship to be done. The quotation for that work was also very competitive.I would have no problem in recommending Green Star Solar as both solar providers and general electricians.

Green Star Solar appears to be an electrical contractor installing on behalf of other solar design companies. Our experience dealing with them, providing a detailed written brief, requiring a quotation for large residential off-grid install, in summary is one of being unprofessional, disinterested and disrespectful towards us with many excuses given. We never did get a proposal from them. If you intend to, we suggest you approach with caution.
