Lysaght Launceston

I ordered a Podroof container roof. It was ordered 6 weeks ago and the delivery date from Lysaght Launceston was supposed to be today. I contacted Lysaght yesterday and spoke to Aaron who was really helpful. He told me the delivery was happening today and gave me an idea of time. I asked him to advise the driver to call me in St Helens prior to delivery as mobile reception in our area is bad. At 9:30 this morning I got a call from Josh the delivery driver as requested and told him about the difficult access to our property due to the wet condition and where to stop and meet me. When he arrived we looked at options where he could turn his 14m semi.. He managed to get the roof components really close to where they were needed and then had to reverse up our single lane road to the only spot where he could turn the rig around without getting bogged. How can you not be happy with service like that from really helpful staff. Well done Josh and Aaron.

Why don't you answer the phone or return email inquiry's

Why advertise everywhere that you close at 5 if when you arrive there are hand printed signs everywhere that you close at 4?

Never answer the phone, orders are never right, takes up to a month to get a quote. Very bad form!

Excellent service

Get your flashing elsewhere. They short supplied my order AND bent it to the wrong dimensions. Trying now to get a refund but they are doing everything they can to get out of it. Before that they sold me the wrong screws for the job and I wish I’d stopped dealing with them then... Stramit in Hobart are a much better option.

Ordered well in advance. Didn't complete creating the order until after the first delivery date had past. Rang late on the day of the second delivery date to say it would not be delivered. Then failed to send all of the hardware with the order when it was finally delivered on the third delivery date. Took 4 attempts to contact the office because the automated system kept timing out and hanging up on me. If I could give a minus score I would.

I can ring all day long and you do not answer the phone. Carport was to be delivered today ( was last Monday but you forgot to put half of it on the truck ) and here it is 4.30pm and still no carport and no phone call to explain why not.
