Absolutely hopeless.Lodged return over three weeks ago,called the office to see if there was any problems with it being processed they said no. I received a call from them a week later saying that my return hasn't been lodged because I had forgot to sighn a document.It will be another 3 weeks before I get my return back,1 month and two weeks since it was lodged.:(

Horrible experience. We felt like an inconvenience to the gentleman who greeted us who clearly did not want to be there and wasnt approachable at all. I am unsure the accountant we dealt with was even an accountant. Didn't ask us any questions about our situation, provide guidance on what we needed to do. We left very uncomfortable.

The environment at H&R Block Mermaid Beach is comfortable and easily accessible and the service is fast and thorough. I know where I am coming next time for any accounting enquiries! The renovations made in the past 6 months made the environment feel more welcoming and fresh. I came to do my tax 3 days ago and it was completed quickly and efficiently. They assisted my sister and I, and exceeded both of our expectations

I don't recommend this business. I've been handed to different staff without notice/explanation, and haven't received responses to emails for weeks, or calls for days. I'm going overseas on holiday in 24 hours and am unconvinced I'll have time to get my tax in on time this year even though I started the process 6 months ago. The staff are trying their best, but they aren't coping with their workload and the office doesn't appear to be well organised.
