Very nice clean store. I had questions for 2 areas, both times l received prompt attention and very interested staff who gave me wonderful help. I have found this each time I have been there.

The Anzac Avenue store seems to have really gone down hill of late. We went there on Monday to buy some dog biscuits and give our Jack Russell a bath. First of all, we couldn't get the dog biscuits we were after despite their online store saying they sold them - a lot of the shelves in the dog food section were actually empty. Then when we went to give our dog a bath there was no warm water. We'd paid $10 for a cold bath and our poor dog just had to shiver throught it. If we didn't care about her comfort we wouldn't have driven all the way there for a nice warm bath, we would have just put the hose on her at home and saved $10. We also noticed that the bathtubs - one of which has been out of order for many weeks now - and the fenced bathing area were very dirty. It all looked like it hadn't been cleaned properly in months. We'll go elsewhere in future.

I waited patiently at the fish tanks while the staff worked through the register queue & then the first check out staff that became available, looked at me & walked away toward the warehouse swing doors.After waiting for another 5-10mins, i was able to ask why more than a dozen tanks were covered in post-it notes saying not for sale" or "held"

Dr Rach is always lovely and knows what she is talking about!Went in for a general health check, nail trim, microchip and DNA testing for my gorgeous IRN.

Excellent customer service. My first time at this store, found everything I needed straight away. Well set out clean and tidy shop.

Love that there are outdoor and indoor bathing for your dog... just wish the area was maintained a bit better outdoors. When tub to right was being used, left tub lost water pressure. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Bonnies grooming is amazing. $80. She looks lovely. Great ladies that work in there
