Superb service! 1st time visiting this shop, my bike is a brand they don't even carry. the mechanic didn't hesitate to assist. It was an easy fix and he didn't charge me which most shops will charge you for. Keep it up! Will definitely visit again!

We were told the bike would be ready in a week but allow for two. After 4 weeks we rang and the bike had arrived but still in the box. We were told it would be ready by Tuesday so we asked before Friday? Oh definitely before Friday. So we rang on Friday and it’s still sitting in the box and, wait for it, there are two bikes ahead of us for serving. Not good enough

Amazing Service and Support by Damien. He is a thorough professional and very knowledgeable, goes above and beyond to help the customers. I took 2 of my bikes there, in spite of being busy he still managed to fix one straightaway and for the other had to order parts. Highly recommend Giant Thornleigh for your next bike or service.
