Lake Hume Resort
We have stayed at Lake Hume many times we enjoy the quiet. The rooms are clean with tea coffee and milk provided for a cuppa after the drive there.. It is situated well cause it's country with city not too far away for shopping if that's what you want to do.

Lake Hume Resort
This is my 3rd stay at this resort.On the first 2 occasions we stayed in the stand alone cabins. These are the best choice . The cabins are old buildings that have been renovated and are quite comfortable and spacious. Very good for a family or group.The motel room we stayed is part of a large divided building with a central hallway . The rooms are freshly appointed and comfortable , but the the walls are thin , the room a/c is the box type in the wall and is deafening loud to the the point you can’t hear the TV.I would definitely stay in the cabins again.The hosts are lovely and accommodating.The location is excellent.

Now is the time to visit. The view from the deck is breathtaking, and a short walk to the dam wall has 7 gates of the spillway open. The roar of water and rainbows in the spray are not to be missed. The food is pretty good too.

Walk to Lake Hume from your hotel room to watch the sunrise or kayak/ jet ski, or take a swim in the resort pool. Rooms are simple but expected for the cost of these rooms. Wifi signal is poor in some areas including our room, and strongest at reception.

Attended a beautiful wedding. Food, service and views were excellent. Quite spread out but able to walk to most areas. Difficult for elderly family to access some areas ofthe wedding.

What a fabulous venue for lunch, dinner or just a coffee. Wonderful view overlooking Lake Hume. Beautifully presented restaurant, excellent service with a smile. I'll definitely be back again and again.

The 'hotel' rooms are more closely described as motel rooms. The bathrooms needed some maintenance and the wardrobe doors were off the tracks but it was at least quiet when everyone else went to bed.The location was beautiful and the staff were friendly.

The resort has a pool and a beautiful cafe/restaurant overlooking the lake. It’s a peaceful area that is best suited for families with kids.In my opinion, the budget rooms are a bit overpriced for what they offer. We paid $145 per night for a small, mouldy motel-like room…

The staff at the reception is absolutely lovely. They always have a smile on their face despite the busy nature of their job, and are always happy to help. We stayed in the motel. The room and the bathroom was very clean and sanitary. Overall it was a very comfortable stay!
