The fundamental classes for beginners, while challenging are an excellent and safe introduction to the 10th Planet system. I highly recommend anyone who wants to train Nogi Ju-Jitsu, should call Frank and get started asap.

Been going to 10th Planet for a few years now; the positivity and expertise that Frank Barca brings to his dojo is infectious and makes for a great learning environment. His team of Brown Belts who take fundamentals (as well as specialised classes, such as wrestling) are also high-level and detailed instructors. If you're interested in no-gi jiu jitsu, this is the best school you can go to.

One of the best decisions I ever made was joining up at 10PJJ Melbourne. Frank Barca always brings a great attitude and knowledge to the session. Lost 24kg so far and my only regret is not coming here often enough. Everyone is cool and I feel healthier for being apart of it all.

Awesome group of people, really simple, quality and fun instruction. Lots of hands on support. Love the “no gi” approach. Way more realistic for real life scenarios and more reliance on your understand of bodily dynamics. The owner Frank is also a lovely person. All around great vibes.
