Typical low price bait build price with a high price jump once you paid your deposit. Do not trust what you see in the display house as they a 1million build which not in any of their upgraded package.With the current building industry crises, this type of business will only accelerate the downfall of the entire industry.

According to their opening times we should have been able to walk straight in at 10:30 on a Friday. Instead we found a queue of people on the footpath that had already been waiting for 30 mins. After looking at another house builder we left. Almost 11 and still nobody had turned up. Not a good ad for building with Clarendon if the staff can’t even turn up to sell the houses to begin with. Put a sign in the front door if you aren’t going to be there so people don’t stand in the hot sun waiting.
