I arrived after hours. The check-in instructions are deplorable. The writing is too small and the instructions, initially, are very confusing and perplexing. They could be written much more clearly. The room was spacious and comfortable and the location very convenient.

Carpark fob key nightmare so left car outside last night, then worry it may get towed...also no problem with toilet, but water running so needs new cistern. Otherwise clean and great location with nice bed.

The location, staff, parking and size of the apartment were all great. However, there were nasty stains on the carpet and the coffee table with dints and marks on the walls. It gave the apartment a very cheap feel we weren’t expecting considering the room rate. No tissue paper and only 1 toilet roll… no pillow cases to put on the extra pillows that were stored in the wardrobe. We only stayed one night with limited time there, otherwise we would have said something and would have requested a room move.

Ultra modern apartment with all the facilities to cook in if you desire. Convenient to loads of restaurants plus an IGA and a bottle shop. Adjacent to the path along the river and near Brett’s Wharf and the City Cat. Only problem was that on the excessively hot days when we were there, the AC had issues cooling the bedroom. Had to super chill the living room in order to get a modicum of cool into the bedroom.

The service was great however the cleanliness of the apartment was lacking. Beds were fine but the biggest issue I had was our shower head was covered in mould which gave me the ick and made me feel as though what else had been looked over and missed.

I booked a two bedroom river view apartment for a staycation. The after hour check in is super easy, just need to complete an online check in then will receive a pin to get the key. room is clean & neat, great location, close to eat street market, shopping complex. Have great river views. Really enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay, definitely recommend and will be back. Easy, free overnight parking and walking access to a choice of lovely restaurants/cafes. Plenty of walking/cycling paths. The contactless check-in was very straightforward. Soundproofing ensured the room was soooo quiet.

Please do not advertise a unit with bedroom airconditioning when the only aircon is in the living area. This is Queensland and in summer, that's just cruel. I slept on the couch as the aircon does not flow through and can tell you it was not very comfortable. Aside from the aircon situation the apartment was nice and kitchen well kitted out.
