Canobolas Marine Centre & Jayco Orange

We picked up our Quintrex 520 fishabout pro today. Lee has been amazing throughout the whole process. Our motor was delayed due to no fault of Lee’s and he he went above and beyond to ensure he sourced us another motor so our boat was ready in time for Easter. Nothing was an issue for Lee with all the additions we asked him to install for us live bait tank, fish finder, Bluetooth stereo and bung squid light. Everything was installed and ready for us including a new cover Lee provided for us.Our experience with Lee was amazing. We can’t thank him and his team enough for everything they done. We tested our new addition today and it run like a dream and very stable in the water Thanks again Lee very satisfied customers here Noel and Kylie

Ben, in the retail department of this business is a great customer service orientated employee. We were missing a knob for our anti flap kit the day before leaving Sydney on our 3 week venture. He organised to have one available for us when we were passing through Orange and we picked it up from his letterbox on our way. 5 stars to you Ben. Very happy customers. Would highly recommend. Brilliant service from both the shop and from the service department here today. We rocked up at 8am with a door we couldn't open and they had the parts and the expertise.

Purchased a camper van through the Jayco dealership and the customer service by Greg was terrible. More then likely the last time we purchase here. We’ve also been customers in store numerous times, but entered the store twice within 3 weeks and not once were we approached by any staff (even though they were simply sitting behind the counter and had other staff wondering around) we had ski gear out and were obviously looking to spend quite an amount of money. Very unfortunate as we’d like to purchase locally.

Extremely Bad Customer Service!!I contacted Canobolas Marine Centre by email to enquire about purchasing an advertised stocked item that was listed for sale online and they immediately increased the online sale price by around 15% ($450.00) & didn't even bother replying to my message.I will never purchase any item from Canobolas Marine Centre in future & recommend that others shop elsewhere for better customer service and value for money.

Would definitely buy another caravan from Jayco Orange. Very knowledgeable staff & good communication. Thanks in particularly to Greg & also Paul.
