I had very bad experience with this company . John encouraged me to pay 50% for the job straight away to get the business . John said we can confirm the colour later and customers have 7 days to make a decision . I requested to refund the deposit next day before confirming the colour due to a family emergency . However , he refused to pay the deposit by saying as per the policy he cannot refund . I have never sighted or signed any policy . Please be careful dealing with this company . Now I am Legally dealing with the company to get the deposit back with all the evidences.

Wonderful experience overall. Sales staff was very knowledgeable and patient with our back and forth decision making. The installers were fabulous as well. They did a very nice job and left our office clean and spotless. In addition, the installers were accommodating with our employees' work schedules and needs. I would highly recommend J&G Flooring.
