After searching around I finally found that this location is Dumplings Delivered - an Asian 'restaurant' listed on Uber Eats. Completely dodgy as there is no actual restaurant name for them that I can find online. The Tom Yum soup i ordered was completely flavourless and inedible. Will not be wasting my money again!!! How you could dish this up is an embarrassment.
