Organised, very responsive, and professional service provided.

Great. On time, pleasant. $350 seems like a lot for a compulsory service but it may well be the rate. I never got a report but my agent got a number.

Just wanted to say thanks for the way you took care of my daughters recent property sale. All the reports were done on time and extremely professional. Will be delighted to refer your company on to my friends.

Conducted the building report on the place we moved in to (therefore we didn't choose- but had to pay.) The underneath of the entire house was wet from stormwater seepage, and rising damp was starting to rot the downstairs drywalls and foundations. Mould was everywhere.None of this was in the report.When I contacted them they said they couldn't access under the house, so they could not see problem. (There was a portable wine rack in front of the door.) They wouldn't even send the person who did the report to take a look but curtly brushed me off, refering me to their disclaimer. For the exorbitant price you would think a professional would at least look under the house or measure for moisture. Really poor.
