Bought a used Holden from them with low Kilometres.Engine cylinder head and gasket failed a while later due to what to appeared to be caused by a previous mechanical failure on the cooling system.The extended mechanical insurance they sold us with the car ( National Warranty Company) refused to pay the majority of the damages even though they were stated as covered on the contract.We ended up paying many thousands out of our own pocket to get the lemon running again.A truly horrible experience.

i had the 60,000km service on my Colorado done here. It is the only place I have had a service done that did not wash or vacuum the car. This is a small thing. The big thing was the car would not start the next day. A quick look under the bonnet showed a battery terminal was loose.This shows that they had not checked the battery properly. Also the battery terminals were not dressed Also the first time having 4 new cars dealer serviced that this has not been done. Another small thing but shows a lack of attention to detail typical of a tick and flick" workshop.I will not be back as I now have no trust in their work ethic.If they missed something as simple as a loose battery terminal they didn't look too hard. Might as well take your car to one of the cut price franchises as take it to Metro Motors. Very low end run of the mill."

After uploading my car to sell on Marketplace I was contacted by Brad Short, Buyer/Valuer at Metro Motors. He checked some of the key details prior to visiting to my house to inspect the vehicle and within 10 minutes of arrival he made a realistic offer to buy the vehicle. We agreed on the price signed the paperwork and the money was transferred into my account within 24 hours. I’d certainly contact Brad again if I’m selling another car because of how easy he made the selling process.

Great people to deal with. New vehicle sales manager CLIFF MITCHELL was a pleasure to deal with. No nonsense straightforward honest truthful and helpful. He loves selling cars and it shows. Buy with confidence here highly recommended. My car exactly as advertised. Buying from Sydney NSW the Holden just arrived this week no problems at all. Cliff organised the transport and took care of everything. Thank you Ceva Logistics as well. The blue Commodore looks and feels great and the big V8 sound is great too. Go see them at Metro Motors in Morley a family run business there many years, go there now.

Unfortunately the 5 stars I gave to Joe and the Sales team, has been erased by my experience with the service department. Sadly dishonest and incompetent.I usually wouldn't give anything a perfect 5 stars, but I can't say enough about Joe Tarantolo and the team at Metro Motors.For starters their advertised cars are very keenly priced, none of the usual inflated margins and BS I've found elsewhere. No hassling, no high-pressure sales. Joe knows how to make a sale, but its all done with courtesy, genuine warmth, and professionalism. Even the Bling-Bloke was a pleasure, gave a us a good deal on tint and didn't try to push anything else.I have driven Fords all my life, and Joe managed to sell me a Holden.

The service provided by the sales staff at Metro Motors Morley was outstanding. The two people I dealt with when I bought a new Holden Trax, Daniel and Tyson, went out of their way to make sure I got the deal I wanted, following up any queries I had promptly, and handling everything in a very professional way. It was a pleasure dealing with them. Definitely not your average car sales people.The only disappointment in the whole experience was Holden Motors’ propensity to move the goalposts at a minutes notice. The 5-year warranty I contracted for was suddenly upgraded 2 days later to a 7-year warranty without any prior notice to either the customer or the dealership that this was about to happen. This leaves the customer with the feeling that they have been short-changed, and the dealership with a whole lot of fence-building to do. Not a great situation. I think Holden Motors should look at this policy very closely, and while I would not hesitate to recommend Metro Motors Morley to anybody looking to purchase a new vehicle, I would strongly advise them to be aware of Holden Motors’ policy in regard to changing warranty and roadside assistance issues without notice.Thanks to Daniel and Tyson for your wonderful service.Irene Kane

Absolutely amazing service! There service lady Taylor was super kind and very quick to keep me updated and in the loop, I can tell just by the way she presented herself over the phone that she is an amazing asset to the team. I was told i would have to wait awhile until my car was able to be looked at due to a busy schedule which is completely understandable.
