DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Worst experience of my frickn life!!! I was left soaking for an entire hour and then the lady literally did a 2 minute massage and didn't wipe it off properly. The polish was so rough that she left it all over my skin and didn't even remove it! DEFINITELY WILL NEVER GO BACK EVER AGAIN. What a waste of $60, the whole experience should never have been charged!

Everytime I go here the wait is ridiculous. The staff say 15 minites" only to leave you waiting far longer. They desperately need some sort of booking system."

Terrible service. Expect you to wait and then rush through your manicure with cuticles not done properly, nails uneven. Had diamentes put on which are not the same in both hands Looks terrible but still charged me 55 dols. Didn't even bother with pedicure which I requested in the first place. I want to go to a place that understands pampering, delivering great service. Let down once again

I used to go to this place when they well fully staffed, and it was good. Today, I walked out with half service done. It took the lady 1.5 hours to remove the shellac from my toe's nails, then I needed to wait until someone else were free to get the nail polish, because she didn't know how to do it. Pedicure was terrible, the girl forgot to close the water of the foot spa, so my shoes and belonging got very wet with all the water coming out of the spa. They wanted to charge me $40 dollars for this. Ridiculous.I thought on trying this place again. Last time I spent 3 hours there to get manicure and pedicure done. I am never going back there.If you value your time and the quality of your manicure and pedicure, pick another place. This place is a waste of time and not value for money.

Stat away. Absolutely appalled. Extremly poor manicure my nails were butchered and untidy. Didn't stock all colours, had to choose more expensive colour which I was told was $15 extra then went I went to pay they said it was $30 extra. They made a mistake with initial colour, so had to start again. Over 2.5hrs just for a shellac Mani pedicure on my onw nails $125! Owner was very rude and dismissive told me I took too much of their time, when they are the ones that made the mistakes and wasted my time. I don't mind paying good money for a good quality job, but this was very very poor and upsetting as was for my birthday.

Friendly staff, clean premise. Nice working massage chair. Did a really lovely job on my nails and pedicure. Good price.

Quick and easy experience. I was expecting a long appointment as the last time I had SNS nails done elsewhere it took over an hour and a half. Here, they were quick and efficient leaving a beautiful end product. The staff were welcoming, accommodating, professional and experienced!Got acrylic done with no extension for NYE and they are so strong! Removed the SNS and did the acrylic for only $50! Another professional and efficient experience even though they were packed!

Waited for an insane amount of time only to have someone rush my nails so much they were messy and terribly painted. Only had one nail fixed even though they were all a mess and am very unhappy with the result and customer service.

I have been going there for years and don't usually mind the wait but today I sat there for over an hour and then watched them start somebody else who hadn't been there long. I walked out and I will take my $100 elsewhere from now on

The people working there were extremely nice and friendly and worked really well to making my nails look better than my example photo. I highly recommend this place and will be going there from now on!
