Ultra Tune Caboolture

Had my car serviced by Ultratune Caboolture and they did a great job, were super nice and had competitive pricing! Defintely recommend :)

The work is fine but the lack of communication has lost them a customer. Dropped my car in at 8am and left it there for the day. Called at 3.30pm and told will call when its done. CAlled at 4.55pm and they said it will be a bit longer. My car wasn't ready until 6.20pm after I'd been waiting out the front for 15mins. They close at 5pm so I do expect my car to be complete not long after and to be informed if it is going to be later than closing as I think is reasonable. Was offered excuses and an apology but really do not know how noone bothered to tell me how late my car would be even when I called 5mins before closing. I needed to pick my baby from daycare by 5.30pm and luckily a friend was able to help last minute. I get it that things go wrong in the day but not communicating with your customers and giving them options (pick it up tomorrow, take it today with no work done and bring it back) is not acceptable. I've taken my cars to ultra tune in multiple towns over the past 15 years and won't be going back.

This place is amazing. The staff are extremely friendly and made sure my car service was done within 2 hours as I needed it to get back on the road. The customer service at this place is unmatched, this is where I'll get all my car maintenance done from now on. Not to mention they don't charge you a ridiculous amount. Very professional, worth it, and just so friendly. Thank you so much!

Super helpful, friendly, good prices!! All the staff at Caboolture ultra tune do a great job. Needed a new thermostat housing. Was originally quoted more than double the price from another mechanic. These guys saved me money! Would highly recommend to use ultra tune Caboolture.

Popped in unexpectedly as one of my ignition coils died as we were driving past on the highway. They diagnosed the problem and rang 7 businesses finding a replacement for me asap as we were on a tight schedule. They even offered to drive to eagle farm in Brisbane to pick up the part for me to have me back on the road asap. Highly recommend if you want good customer service and fair prices.

Friendly, accommodating, fantastic value for money.I called and was enlightened to the general nature of my vehicles problem, and was happily accepted for a check up and brief investigation(which also has resolved the issue for the time being).The mechanic was more than happy to chat and share insight as to the particulars of my mechanical issues. All while efficiently troubleshooting the issue at hand.Offered and compared solutions for prevention and improvement to be considered moving forward.For their time, a very modest fee was asked, and I left with confidence in my vehicles performance.I will likely be returning for more maintenance when I am over this side of town again.

I always have wonderful service from Graham at Caboolture. He communicates well with customers, even those who don't have much mechanical knowledge. He is also willing to help at short notice. I will continue to use this business.

Exceptional service! I had a flat tyre and needed help at the last minute and needed new ones asap and they were so accommodating. Even filled up the water in the car because it was low.Highly recommended and will be a returning customer!

Booked in for service and air-conditioning to be checked and regassed and to do a check over. Did service, replaced windscreen wipers & arms and gave a list of what else needs attention. Booked in to have more work done next week.
