We had a half wrap done on our work van roughly 18months ago. Issues with the workmanship included: scratches on the vinyl in several places, a white gap at the bottom edge of the door, a white border left on the icon on the bonnet, two patch jobs on the back hinge that didn't match the perfect install on the other side indicating an issue on install that was repaired rather than reinstalled, and a number 1 left stuck on the back ledge. Some of these issues were fixed when we bought them to attention but not all. There were also bubbles on under the vinyl on the side on the van that we were told would settle and 18months later these have not. Initial customer service was sensational but majority of further interactions were surly and curt. After bringing the continued bubbling to their attention several months after install they just stopped communicating with us. Vinyl lettering was layered over the backing vinyl rather than printed onto the vinyl on one door but not the other. 18months later the vinyl lettering cut outs look dirty and tatty around the edges, the printed door has fared much better with no issues to the lettering. This was bought up on initial collection of the van and we advised that it would be an issue in the future. Our concerns were dismissed as 'this is how it is always done'. Overall really disappointed not just in the attention to detail but with the way things were handled.
