I went into the store to buy some christmas gifts recently and not one staff member greeted me or asked if i needed a hand. When i finally got served i found the lady behide the counter to be very rude.The 3 staff on that day all seemed very miserable

I went to the Elanora store to purchase towels. At checkout, the lady behind the counter asked If I was a member, which I am. Instead of spelling out my email address (which has my name in it), I presented her with my ID for accuracy. On doing so, the other staff member next to her said this is what happens when you'll come over here with your complicated names". She passed it off as a joke. Such a comment is not okay

The younger staff are great. Other team members need significant training. I have shopped here on multiple occasions and have regularly found staff to be condescending, dismissive and at times aggressive. I respect that sometimes traditional bedding looks great however when I come in for something more contemporary I don’t expect to be met with disdain. Today there were 4 customers in the store, the 2 staff members acted as if they were rushed off their feet and we ride when approached for help. From now on I’ll drive the distance to shop at the Pacific Fair store. I don’t pay a premium to be made to feel like a hinderance. Just awful

Was about to buy some beach towels (made in china) from here, and felt less acknowledged than the fly on the window sill. The fly and I soon left, never shopping there again.

I love going into this shop.The staff are happy and very helpful.Nothing is too much trouble.The merchandise is terrific.I bought a lovely bedspread there today.I am 84yrs and have to use a mobility scooter to do any shopping.The patience and respect shown to me made my day.It is a pleasure to shop or even browse there.Thank you,ladies

Excellent helpfull, friendly customer service. Easy access near entrance to centre. Good specials. I always enjoy looking for comfort items or gifts in this store.
