I started my Botox journey with Michaela back in 2019! It’s been 4 years now and I will always be a returning customer. As more and more cosmetic businesses pop up, there is one huge reason why I return to see her time and again. She has a sincere and genuine care for her patients. She wants the best for you. She gets excited for you and your results. She takes the time and appreciates the work done. Plus, she helps you understand the value of what you are buying. She makes you feel like every bit of $$$ was worth it. She gives you time, attention, understanding and care. When you leave her office, you feel like a million bucks!

It is a good service. I have been using them for almost two years. I have laser hair removals and skin care services and products advice. Kim was pretty good. She was paying attention to details, caring, patient, thorough, efficient and gentle when providing services to me. She had a good knowledge background about skin and gave good advice on how to take care of skin. I would recommend Kim.

Cosmetic Nurse Michaela was absolutely incredible! The fact she has so much compassion oozes through her outstanding customer service, before the appointment, the minute you walk in and even after! She is so friendly and professional and just such a bright light! She understands what you want and helps you to achieve it through her knowledge, dedication and friendliness. After so long it’s so great to finally find a cosmetic nurse who really is invested in her clients and the best outcome for them.I would strongly recommend Cosmetic Nurse Michaela to anyone thinking of having anything done! I had an older Indian lady I believe, very nice and had good conversation, however I noticed she would go over my skin very very quickly with the laser. Like, full legs took less than five minutes. It’s been many weeks and the hair is incredibly patchy, obvious that she went too quick and missed every second cm of hair follicles. Lovely worker but the facility needs to focus on training employees on how to properly handle machines to ensure it is as thorough as possible and to be patient.

I love Ali’s service so much, she’s absolutely great! She takes her time when perfecting my skin and takes good care of me!! Ali’s very dedicated and passionate to her work. Definitely recommend her

I have been coming here for laser treatments and Skin Institute products for 3-4 years plus. I have met and received the service from various technicians. They are all lovely ladies. Though I’d highly recommend Triskan. She's nice, professional, and experienced. She has great people skills and is not afraid to make the effort to make and hold conversations during the treatment to calm the patient's nerves while sharing her wide range of knowledge about their services and products.

I had the most wonderful experience with Kim for my laser hair removal appointment today. Kim is a competent, thorough and meticulous therapist. Her kindness and care topped off a great experience, she's a huge credit to the LCA team at Mt Ommaney.

Please Dont get me wrong with last review...Staff are all so lovely Stacey is amazing kind and caring and made me feel very comfortable. each visit . .understand more now and know it takes time with the amount of pigment i have...and different for everyone...its settling. Will be going for another treatment again soon.
