From the moment we contacted Paradise Pools they were nothing but excellent. They were always on time, always contactable and always friendly. They clearly explained everything that was going to happen, how and why. There were no hidden fees or charges. The build and install went perfectly. Their site supervisor Isaac was nothing short of AMAZING. The install ran like a dream and he was always there making sure we were happy and the others working knew what to do. I would 10/10 build a pool with them again.

The Paradise Pools team was first class. They accommodated design changes before the build and they quickly overcame the challenges that popped up with ease. We are on a small block, with limited access and an inconvenient stormwater system but there was no issue too big for these guys to solve.I highly recommend them.Thanks team.

Shannon was absolutely fabulous, kind, knowledgeable, on time and patient from start to finish. Shannon built a 7 X 3 fibre glass Urban pool with heating for us. There was big access restriction. Shannon was quiet transparent and upfront from day 1. He is indeed a tight access specialist to complete the size we wanted where no other pool builder could do it at a competitive price. His entire team was skilled , knowledgeable and professional. Shannon always kept us up to date with the progress and was very patient with the banks extended documentation procedures.
