The Beach Geeks provide the best IT service I have ever experienced. They are highly professional, patient, and knowledgeable. Daniel always thinks about the impact of the work he does for us on other IT factors in the business and makes sure that they all work together in harmony. He also always tests the changes he has made to ensure they work. Something that, in my experience, other sometimes fail to do.

Beach Geek is awesome. Quick, efficient, affordable, and far better than any IT support I've had before. These guys are super helpful, and after calling (after hours) in a panic with a security issue on our network, Hector took the time to talk through the possible issues and sent one of his Geeks (Jay) first thing the following morning. All was resolved in a few hours. Excellent service and highly recommended!

The Beech Geek are easy to deal with and offer value for money. Stuart assisted us in Dec 2022 with the set up of a new PC and recovery of stored data. He had a friendly personality and knew what he was talking about, offering many tips that I subsequently implemented. I'd definitely recommend their services.

Congratulations to The Beach Geek. After an agonizing amount of time listening to so called 'experts' from Apple, Optus and NETGEAR and on the verge of a nervous breakdown, I called Hector and explained my problem. Right away, without any fuss, my call was followed up by an 'on the nominated correct time' house call, by Jay, who quickly got me up and running, and did so with the utmost understanding, kindness, and professionalism. I would recommend this company to anyone, anywhere in Australia. Thanks guys, you're absolute experts.

Great company! As a mum with 2 small children it was so convenient that they came to my house, picked up my MacBook and returned it. Very happy with the service and well priced! I had a problem with my laptop. A team member ran a diagnostic test and said my laptop is slow and I need a new one. My problem was not fixed and I was still charged $160. Very disappointed

Hector delivers amazing personalised service that I haven't seen with IT businesses before. His patience and methodology in explaining Google Analytics to me explaining what he is doing and what our desired outcome was were crystal clear and so easy to follow. His goal was to educate me first and foremost so I could do things without him in future and continue to learn and grow myself. Hector made the session enjoyable and I'm still using these tools and will get him to assist with phase 2 as I continue to learn. I can't recommend Hector enough!! Thank YOU!
