Bought a new battery for my V7 in March 2022. Failed after one year ( outside warranty). Contacted Dyson and they won’t help with any after warranty assistance. The first battery lasted for over 5 years and I don’t believe a battery only lasts 12 months. I have 2 cordless and 1 corded vacuum from Dyson. I hope I will not buy another one. On a side note, I am happy with the performance of the vacuum cleaners.25.05.2023I had a response from Dyson service that they will replace my battery as a gesture of goodwill. I gave 5 stars not because they replaced my battery but for the timely response and quick resolution. This is great customer service. Really appreciate it.

After having some issues with my newer vacuum, and my old one needing some tlc, I contacted Taren Point Dyson service centre. I was pleasantly surprised by the high level of service I received. All my needs were met and exceeded, and all completed within one day. My many questions were answered, and now I have both my vacuums in excellent working order, and the knowledge of how to upkeep them. Thank you Dyson team Taren Point. You are highly recommended by me. Keep up your amazing standards!
