Dropped in on a Monday morning with a brake issue on one caravan wheel. The friendly staff looked at it, ordered the part and squeezed us in and fitted it first thing Tuesday morning. That's great service and had us on our way again.

Popped in without booking and had gas bottle leads and an Anderson plug installed. Excellent service and work at a very reasonable cost. We’ll be back for a job on our return leg! Fabulous.

Needed help with our elec brakes not working, they were able to order parts quickly, kept us informed about the arrival and even went to collect them for us when they werent delivered. Great service and easy to deal with.

We desperately needed our jockey wheel clamp replaced and these guys couldn’t be more helpful. Did the job within the hour and the price was more than reasonable considering it was an emergency. Can’t recommend them highly enough!

They were VERY helpful. We called in with awning problems & they knew exactly what was required. We left the van in their yard awning arrived, was fitted & we left. The young lad gave us peace of mind with his knowledge. Very happy.

After 1134 kms with a damaged van as no one else had anything or even open for that matter we got to Port Augusta so I could buy parts to do my own repairsI went in and brought two U bolts (well priced) and proceeded to fix it my selfDuring which my jack stop wanting to work so went back spoke to Peter the owner who was more than happy to help me out and leant me a trolly jack!!I got it fixed only to find my leaf spring was shot once again back to see Peter and they fitted me in at 330 in the afternoon and had me on the road before 5And all prices are clear and fair and top quality workThankyou Augusta caravan and campers great crew !!

I was seeking repair, or parts, or even a replacement for my caravan’s diesel heater. They couldn’t help me. Disappointingly they didn’t try to guide me to another possible place in the area.Hint to management - I find it so much better when a company tries to help out - esp a traveller - as it tends to encourage travellers to stay in your community a bit longer (just my opinion).
