What a wonderful experience! During my search for an engagement ring for my partner Lauren, I stumbled across Bell & Brunt on my internet search. After trawling the internet to learn as much as I could about purchasing an engagement ring, I still felt uneasy about the process and what would be involved to design the perfect engagement ring for my partner.I decided to head into Bell & Brunt late on a Friday night after shopping around a few places to gain some insight into what was involved with purchasing a ring. I am so glad that I visited as I was greeted by Cass, who immediately put me at ease and helped me to gain a foundation of knowledge of the entire process and the steps that would be involved in designing a custom ring. It was clear from the outset that Bell & Brunt were an amazing jeweller - simply by knowing that people have been fortunate enough to be able to buy jewellery from there for over 100 years.After speaking to many jewellers, I had simply made my mind up that I would like to buy the ring from Bell & Brunt. This was mostly due to the fact that I felt so comfortable with Cass and the staff there and at no point did I feel obliged or pushed into making any decisions that I didn’t want to make. It was clear that they wanted to help make the perfect engagement ring that could suit my budget. Rather than feeling like I was being upsold to, or marketed to, I simply felt that Cass was presenting all the possibilities and allowing me to make all of the decisions without any expectation or pressure. This was such a relief and every time I visited their shop (~7-8 times), it was an absolute pleasure and I always felt so well looked after and welcome.The engagement ring was absolutely stunning and my partner absolutely adores it. After I had proposed, we visited the shop to seek their expert opinion as to whether the ring needed to be resized or not (B&B offer a free resizing) and we were so excited to visit the shop to show Cass after I had proposed. Obviously, my partner had never met Cass before, but after our visit, she could not stop talking about how truly caring Cass and all the other staff were. The staff genuinely wanted to hear all about the proposal and learn more about our story, which I think truly goes above and beyond what my expectations would be for a jeweller.I cannot recommend Bell & Brunt highly enough and my fiancée and I are so excited to purchase our wedding bands from there. Do yourself a favour and buy your ring from bell and brunt.

Well B&B what a wonderful experience, customer service, finished product, all perfect . I had 2 rings which my husband had made into one for my birthday. He suggested this company and we are so happy with my ring. Jewellery appraisal supplied on collection of ring.Stairs to office but staff will help customers with mobility problems when required. Masks are worn to protect staff and customers .Beautiful selection of jewellery to choose from or have a one of piece designed by you with help of professional staff. From the moment I stepped in the door at Bell & Brunt it felt right. The team are so welcoming and are as excited as you are for the design and proposal. I was welcomed by Infante who I was communicating with throughout the design process trying to find the right diamond and bringing together an engagement ring that was elegant and beautiful. Infante provided guidance and professional experience to ensure the ring that I had in mind could be achieved, and to say it was achieved is an understatement. My fiancé and I are blown away with the outcome and the service provided. We can’t wait to pick out our wedding bands and for my fiancé to experience what I did through the ring design process.
