Usually good, but my relative asked about the vaccine and got no help from woman, who remained don phone for 7 minutes then dismissed us with 'I don't know!'- well, expect poor reviews. You are supposed to help people.

I bought a pair of sunglasses and after 2 weeks the glare coating was wearing and I couldn't see good. I took them back and they wouldn't refund my money.

I have been happily dealing with this compounding Chemist for over 30 years . The service and product made the effort of ordering from interstate worthwhile.However, this changed s week ago. I made three phone calls asking if I could briefly speak with a pharmacist ( to ask a question about the product) , and I was told “ go and talk to your GP “Today when I rang to request the pharmacy delete my credit card details as I will no longer be dealing there, I was asked “ do you want to speak with the pharmacist?” ..Blooms, look after your old customers as they won’t put up with this. To the beautiful woman who is working today Saturday 12th Feb 22’ at Blooms in Lismore (I think her name is Elaine) , you are a powerhouse. Despite being on your own in a store full of customers, and then putting up with impatient rude behaviour from a customer , you were kind and sweet and patient. I come here because of people like you. Thank you for your person - centred approach to service. It’s a pleasure waiting for service when you see someone working so hard during such a busy time!

Excellent staff who remember you, your family and what's going on in your life. They're always happy to help you with ordering prescriptions on the app or over the phone. If you need advice on medications or any other products they always have someone to help you. My family and I have been using this pharmacy for over 20 years and I have no problem recommending them to anyone.
