Broken Hill Racecourse
Great hosts, bit pricey at $40 a night. Had a gravel site, very dirty, even though lots of grass sites vacant. Terrible phone and TV reception. Nice and quiet out of town.

Please put this one on your travel list. Helen and Gary are great hosts and go out of their way to help. Their wealth of knowledge is an asset to Broken Hill.

Great place to stay. Roomy, grassy sites right on the rails of the racetrack. Amenities fabulous and the caretakers do a top job. Just out of town enough so all you hear are the birds. Highly recommended!

Very nice spot for an overnight RV stop, just has zero shade. Everything else is very pleasant, thanks a lot for having us!

Quite a good spot to stop over and get away from the main road$25 for an unpowered site seems expensive when compared to others I stayed atYou also get the horse training of a morning which started at 6am

Beautiful neat campsite, lovely facilities, friendly caretakers. Horses in the morning can need seen trotting around the track. A walk up the hill behind the buildings provides a lovely view of the racecourse, golf course avd you can even see the Line of Lode lookout over the distant hills. Would recommend.

On the left just before you get into Broken HillAmenities are very clean, care taker most helpful. Great view up on the hill. It was great waking up to horse traing just made a coffee & was watching them train & the sun rise
