*** Highly recommend *** Great customer service, very competitive prices. For example I bought a Sony 4K TV for $1999 last week Tues. This week the price dropped to $1495 or $500 off all of their Sony models. I called up to ask if they could price match it, and they did. As I had finance they re-worked the paper work for me and now saved me the extra $500 off my payments. I was very grateful they could of refused, but where very polite.. that is why I keep coming back to this store.

Today, with cash in hand, we went to the Mandurah store to make a purchase. On arrival we found the product we were looking for, and we waited for a HN rep to come and assist with the purchase. We were looking around and could see reps standing around - not helping, avoiding eye contact etc. Finally someone came past and I asked if they were available to help. The response was yep

Shout out to the Mandurah Bedding Department but ESPECIALLY TO STACEY. Stacey truly made, what could have been a stressful choice and difficult experience, really enjoyable. She never rushed my decisions or made me feel like a difficult client with my many many many questions. She encouraged me to come back as often as I needed, spending as long as it took, which I did, every day. Stacey welcomed me every day with a smile and was incredibly professional always ensuring my needs were met. And when our bed base arrived she went above and beyond to ensure I had minimal difficulty assembling. Hubby was away so It took me a few days but Stacey was there every day for me, calling the suppliers for extra instructions, making sure I was doing it right, sending photos and even just checking in on my progress.Stacey, if you read this, thank you so much for making the whole experience so lovely. It was very very much appreciated.

Nice range of predictable furniture, a bit on the pricey side. Plenty of parking. Store is starting to look dated, dark and old. Needs a more modern revanp. Always seems empty of customers.

I can’t say enough about the wonderful service I received at Harvey Norman Mandurah, to Jenny in outdoor furniture and her team. I called from Perth about an item they had which was sold out in Perth. Jenny sent me more pics and even had one of the lovely staff model sitting in the chair for me. Her manager also said they would deliver it to Perth for us. Nothing was too much trouble. Such exceptional service . Thank you

Recently had hybrid flooring and carpet installed from Harvey Norman Flooring in Mandurah.The Installers done a great job and left the site clean when they finished.Very happy with the quality of the products supplied.

Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable when purchasing my $1500 desk top computer, however now that there is an issue with it, that helpfulness and knowledge has gone. I've returned this item twice with the same fault only to be told it has to be sent away. The extra money I spent on product case isn't worth the paper its printed on, frankly just a scam to get more cash out of the customer.Can't recommend nor say I will return.
