Coastal Insurance Brokers

Be very careful with insurance brokers. One day they have you insuranced with a great company the next they swap you over to the worst insurance company in the country. I recently put a claim through with them. They dragged it on for 7 months trying to repair as little as possible, then once I fought tooth and nail they said it was a ride off and tried to pay me out for less than my agreed value so again I went tooth and nail and got what I agreed on when I insured with them.Things only started to move along with the claim once the person that was looking after my claim went on holidays and someone else started looking after my case.This company use to be good a few years back but I think they got bought out or something changed and they went down hill fast.Avoid if you plan to make a claim. Can't go wrong with RACV.
