Administration service was good, very prompt and professional. However this is all let down by the drivers and following through with what is arranged with administration. I had used NSBC for my wedding as I followed the advice from them to use smaller shuttles to ensure we can go down most streets to pick up/drop off passengers around the Northern Beaches. I had coordinated the pick up schedule with times/routes and had sent this to the company a number of times and well in advance to ensure all streets would be OK. We were then contacted the night prior to the wedding and asked to send the schedule through again. I was then confirmed everything would be OK. The day of the wedding, the drivers had the passengers using google maps to navigate them to each pick up and had advised our contact for the day that they couldn't go up most of the streets.... On the return home, 1 driver had dropped guests a 12min WALK away from their accommodation insisting that was their address.Feedback from guests was that they were very unorganised and we may as well have hired some shuttles and driven ourselves. Their service might be good for an airport pick up, however do not rely on a professional, organised service for an event.

Terrible experience with this company. I had booked a bus service months in advance, to take guests home after a large function.The arranged driver did not show up, simply because he had neglected to properly read his schedule.I had to call the company to find out what had happened, after arranging last minute options with my guests. There was no accountability on the day. I would not trust this company with any important event.To be fair, the company manager promptly refunded my payment, and apologised professionally.

Of all the vendors we dealt with for our wedding - North Sydney Bus Charters were by far the worst. Our daytime driver got lost between Bondi and Mosman, meaning our guests were late for the ceremony. This was a fantastic effort compared with our evening booking.Our evening bus driver:- was an hour and a half late, leaving many guests in the cold past midnight, including multiple older people. Countless phone calls were either answered with 'yes I am nearly there', before a complete ignore of our requests for updates. Many guests had to take taxis at their own expense, ridiculous when we had outlayed significantly on North Sydney Bus Charters.- The bus then got stuck on a small piece grass for 20 minutes and had to be pushed by guests (in a very accessible part of Sydney)- Finally our driver had no idea on where to go, or where to stop on the way to Bondi - absolutely ridiculous considering this had been planned prior.In summary, of all the vendors that contributed to our wedding, NSBC was by an absolute mile the worst.The compensation offered by Lawrence was $50 off the next booking"

Thank you so much for finding my son's mobile phone . He didn't even realise he left it behind on the bus. Once the phone was handed in, by the driver, a lady in administration named Deanne and her colleague charged it up and tried to hack into it" to find the rightful owner. Their detective work paid off!Thank you for returning the phone

Excellent team here at NSBC! The customer service they offer is reliable and efficient. Dealing from first hand experience of lost property they were helpful and made sure I had all my belongings returned as soon as possible. Grateful for Dee and Lauren for staying in contact the whole time via email and phone calls. 5 Stars.

Today we had Lam as our Coach driver for a school excursion from Chatswood via Waitara, all the way to Tuggerah and back. I just want to say he was absolutely amazing! He was friendly, safe, communicated well and catered to us. We’d like to thank him so much for the service he gave us today. Really made the day flow well.The coach license plate was, TV 9196. It was very clean and in great working order. Thank you again!
