Convenient location for me. Workshop is large, clean and well equipped. They can service Smart cars which was primarily why I chose them. Overall happy with the service experience.

I took my Mazda 3 to Narrabeen for a routine service on 26 August. Today, 6 September, my car wouldn't start. I called My Car Roadside Assistance, turns out the battery had a bad cell in it.When the mechanic went to remove the plastic cover on the battery, it was covered in dust - there were no fingerprints on the battery cover, so can you tell me how your mechanic at Narrabeen did a battery test when the cover to the battery was covered in dust?The battery also had corrosion on it, again I'd like to know if they did a battery test, why wasn't this picked up? Why was I told the battery was tested but 11 days later an independent mechanic tells me there's a bad cell and there's corrosion on the battery?!What has really made me furious is the fact that the battery cover was covered in dust!I will NEVER EVER take my car back to your Narrabeen service centre again and I will be telling everyone I know who lives locally not to take their car there either.10 days later I'm STILL waiting for someone to get in touch to address my complaint.....I've emailed your Customer Service team three times and still waiting....48hrs really? What a joke.

Always polite ( despite messy state of my car!) ; always keep me up- to -date while servicing;; car always ready when say will be; +, from conversations with friends who live elsewhere + get their car serviced not @ MyCar as not near one, it seems that they don't overcharge!

A wonderful experience. I turned up without a booking as I had a squeaking issue with my new brakes (put in by another mechanic). They kindly slotted me into their busy schedule. They kept me updated with what was happening to my vehicle & fixed my issue. Great service, lovely helpful staff & quality products assured. Would highly recommend.

Open coming to these guys for a couple of years now and I am so pleased with their professionalism, their ethics, their customer service and the outcomes that I get at a cost-effective manner. The boys are delightful lovely to interact with and they just feel trustworthy to me. They also do nice things like they’ll drop me off at my house to pick me up admittedly I live locally so it’s a hop skip and a jump away but you know it’s just a little things like that but also make a good experience highly recommend fantastic value for money
