I spoke to a guy there, his name is ken and told him I want to replace the carpet in on of my rooms, I chose one of the cheapest carpets, I told him the dimensions of the room but he said: I need the measurement from a wall to where the the edge, I said fine, I got to my house and did just that, I called the guy and told him, he said I will send you an email with the quote, that was over 7 days ago and no quote. never heard from that guy again. disgusting.
