Watched WW84 in the lounge it was comfortable. There isn’t many signs instructing where to go but all purchases including snacks is at the bar and ticket desk.

What a gem of a modern theatre complex with all current shows running in five separate theatres and everything is automated. No, they haven't lost the lids for the drink containers - they give you a lid after you pay across the floor from the dispenser. The comfortable recliner seats are included in the standard ticket price too.

Most beautiful place to look at so clean and stunning inside, even the toilets are clean BUT every section was freezing, the foyer the toilets and the movie was freezing , we were so so cold the whole movie we had to use the cushions from the seats to cover our hands and legs so uncomfortable the whole movie from being so so cold ( not just us the people next to us, and in front of us ) such a shame for such a great place

My favourite cinema! Staff are friendly and welcoming, love the relaxed ambience, and all cinemas have reclining chairs to give you that gold class feel at general admission prices.

Great new cinema. Can pay for disabled persons to check ahead which floor their movie will be on. The staff lock the lift to prevent people sneaking in to movies, this comes at a cost to disabled patrons being able to call the lift from the higher level to visit the bathrooms downstairs.

When entering the cinema, we were in disbelief that it hadn’t been cleaned. I let them know that it needed to be done and I genuinely think they had no plans prior to me asking.If that wasn’t bad enough, there was some little rat child in front of me vaping.Minimal room to go in and out for toilet breaks. Claustrophobic people, I would not recommend, as this place is more like a home entertainment space, rather than an actual cinema setting.Has potential if these issues are rectified, however I wouldn’t recommend this place for now.Go to Miranda.

Although it’s out of my way I prefer this over any other cinema primarily because of the seats. Wish they had a lux or xtremescreen though! Great cinema and friendly staff. Parking nearby is also great

Staff are lovely but it was annoying to find the seating in the lounge cinema is not spaced out as shown in the seating map when you book online, which was the main reason we booked lounge tickets. Chairs were all jammed together so we had to stumble in front of other patrons to get to our seats and exit.Then we had to sit through about 20min of ads before the movie started, just great when you have limited parking time.
