My Story - Experiential Early Learning

My Story provide high quality, meaningful and heartfelt care of our children. My Story hold themselves to the highest of standard and are continuously looking at ways to improve through regular self assessment and feedback from the families that attend. They also maintain high transparency with families and communicate clearly and effectively on a daily basis. The staff are all highly trained and have diverse and extensive experience which comes together to provide our children with an enriched and immersive education. Highly recommend.

Being a first time mum, finding a child care centre was a daunting and confusing experience. I had been to a few tours of the local childcares and I instantly got a warm and welcoming feeling from My Story. I always leave feeling assured my baby boy is in the best hands. It is so wonderful to get updates about his day through the app. I feel it is a truly stimulating environment for my son and I can see him learning and growing. I can’t thank the staff of My Story enough for the high level and care and attention they give my son. You are all wonderful!

Our son has been attending My Story since he was six months old and we couldn’t be happier. It is managed by two lovely families, who genuinely care about all the children in their centre and always take the time to ask how all the busy Mums, Dads and carers are too. Both the directors and staff make continuous efforts to engage and develop the children through various play-based activities from cool photo booths, light boxes, use of natural materials from the beautiful surroundings and more. The directors always encourage feedback from parents and carers to ensure the centre is doing its best for the children. The centre itself is a lovely place that is tucked away in a quiet space surrounded by bush, a little creek and has fantastic outdoor play equipment for the children, with lots of space to run around. Only today, a wallaby bounced by the fence for the children to see! We receive regular updates from the room coordinator and team on what our son has been doing, along with thorough progress reports on his development. We highly recommend this centre to other families.

This is a beautiful centre in a beautiful setting! The supportive and caring team of educators truly enhances the welcoming and inclusive atmosphere at My Story. I am thankful to have found and become a part of such an incredible community.

Our daughter has starting going to this early childhood center this year. It feels more like an extension of family rather than a day care. They have a very individualised approach to each childs learning and are highly intuned with the needs of the child and families. We have just had a newborn and they have greatly assisted our 2.5 year old in adjusting to the new family dynamics. Can't praise the education and care provided by this centre enough.

My 5 year old son has been attending My Story since he was 18 months old and I cannot be happier. The first thing I notice when I walk in is the atmosphere. Everyone who works in each room is happy and enjoying their day interacting with the children. The staff are wonderful and management have everything a parent could every worry about covered when it comes to child care. The educators have been amazing with my son and provide a high quality of care. The educational experiences are exceptional and his development has come a long way. The centre itself feels like home and there’s lots of outdoor space to explore for the kids with a beautiful bush backdrop. Definitely highly recommend!

I’ve worked with children for over 2 decades and have seen many daycare centres in action- in all that time I have never come close to seeing what I’ve seen at My Story. This centre trumps them all hands down.Run by two of the most compassionate, genuine, generous and loving ladies who care for our children like their own.Their 5 star team bring the best of care for the children and make each one of them feel so valued and loved. It’s extremely moving seeing the bonds between the educators and the children.Our 3 children race into My Story when we arrive in the morning (I can’t even get a chance to say bye to them!). When we pick them up they are literally skipping out, laughing and smiling - full of joy and just beaming after their day.We tried 2 other centres before My Story (big name centres) and had the most dreadful, horrible experiences.It was by pure magic I found My Story and I thank my lucky stars that I did, as our children have been given the best start for their early years.I joked the other day to Anna saying that we wish My Story went through to primary and high school. It will be a very sad day for us when we leave to move to big school but we will never forget what this beautiful centre has done for our family. We’ll cherish these memories forever.Catherine x

I have two children at the centre and they absolutely love it. The educators are caring and supportive. The environment is beautiful inside and out and the new directors are constantly making improvements.

I feel very privileged to be part of this family run centre who make staff , families and children feel like family. Children are nurtured , respected and provided with many fun learning experiences throughout the day. I love the natural setting here , it is definitely one of it's great features providing both children and educators with countless opportunities to appreciate nature, promote healthy ,mental and physical wellbeing practices.I treasure the many wonderful relationships with children, families and staff I have made over the years here. The current owners are constantly invested in maintaining and improving this beautiful Centre for our community.

Fantastic place for children! The owners take a lot of pride in ensuring that the centre is a safe, fun and stimulating environment. All the teachers work hard to really look after the children and make sure all their individual needs are met. Parents are kept well informed about their child's progress and also about events taking place in the centre and within the community. The owners and teachers take the time out to discuss any queries you have about your child and genuinely care about the welfare of the children at the centre. Could not have picked a better daycare for my daughter.
