The store is easy to get to, there is plenty of parking just off the road. The staff are very helpful, I found an item mentioned to me by a friend online, and staff were able to locate it quickly. I am very happy with my purchase.

I bought my new bike from here 2 weeks ago. Despite me having to get it ordered in, calling them constantly and asking if it was ready, and then finally picking it up about 38 seconds before they closed on a saturday arvo, the staff were always patient, friendly, and happy to help. There was a small technical issue with the bike so I brought it back in to get it rectified and they fixed it on the spot, quickly, and free of charge. They have also been happy to answer any questions I have and invited me to call if I have further queries. The bike is an absolute dream come true and the staff have been top notch.

Awesome friendly service, the guys know what they're talking about, from the guys at Belmont who unfortunately didn't have stock, but mentioned Osborne Park did. Where from the moment I stepped through the door Peter was so helpful and accommodating. The pricing also left all others in their wake. Thanks again guys, I'll be back.

Imran sorted me out with a Team Machine 7. Made sure I was happy with my decision and made sure I had seen the alternatives. We came back a couple of weeks later to buy an electric bike for my girlfriend, and again he was thorough in making sure he presented us will all options so that we could choose the best option which ended up being the 2023 velectrix.Super happy with the service we have received and happy with our purchases.

Twain looked after my wife and I when buying new bikes and some accessories. We loved his relaxed, honest, non pushy sale style and he was extremely knowledgeable about the products. He listened to what we were after and made the whole process very easy. He even went above and beyond by answering some questions via email outside of business hours while I was on night shift and even searched other stores to allow us to get both bikes sooner. We are happy with the product and the service and if you go to Osbourne park I would recommend asking for Twain to get exactly what you want.
