I used Careseekers for the first time to help with my 92year old dad who fell and broke his arm (on the way to the gym!). It was all so easy. The enquiry, the booking, the payments. Marisa was so kind and helpful and my dad was very happy with the wonderful carer who came to help him, and us. And he's back at the gym! Thank you Careseekers

The idea of this platform is great, it allows Clients to have more choice and control and the same goes for us support workers. However, the pay system is disappointing. I have had to contact the accounts department several times to chase my pay. The Client's I have been paired with is the only reason I am still working for this company. Otherwise, If small changes are made, it would go a long way.
