Fluidform Pilates
Alana at Clovelly has been my body-whisperer. I started with a series of private lessons after a few lingering injuries were not improving. I now do two weekly studio classes which has allowed me to build confidence to want to keep improving my form and strength. My body feels strong, my posture is so much better, I am toned and best of all I feel fantastic after every session. I also really love the personal attention and the calm, unaffected feel of the Clovelly Studio.

I just love FF! Started over 3 years ago when I was pregnant with my first baby, and still do 4/5 workouts a week now after second baby. I visit the studio once a week (due to limited funds) but otherwise do FF online which is brilliant! Thank you for keeping me strong, steady and moving all this time.

I’ve been attending fluidform Clovelly for about three years. It’s changed my body and my life! I love the small class sizes, the friendly instructors that give you plenty of clear instructions and attention and the energetic and engaging classes.

Absolutely love the Fluid Form studio, classes and teachers! They are extremely helpful, knowledgable and know how to tailor for individual needs. The studio class has allowed me to fix a lot of lower back issues and gain strength. 10/10

Absolutely adore this studio! The teachers are amazing, the classes are the right kind of challenging and the small groups have really changed my experience and enjoyment of Pilates. I really couldn't recommend it enough.
