Visited a number of times and always found the staff super helpful and friendly, a great place to buy from. Fairly good pricing to start with, and will also price match competitors - so unless buying something they don't stock, it just makes sense to go here.Easy parking including some undercover, and Bunnings next door as well, what's not to like.

Best one-stop shop for all your car needs. The guys at the shop were amazing, especially Michael, who provided such a great advise - saving me money on the way! I found everything - every brand - I was looking for plus more! Highly recommended shop.

Got charged the wrong price, had to deal with moody teens with attitude to refund a dollar. Even asked me, do you want me to give you a dollar. This store used to be nice, not coming back again.

Called to find out about roof racks for my Palisade on Easter weekend. Spoke to Ben who was the most helpful bloke in the world. Will go there for everything now on because of the help I received. Great customer service.

They don’t do installation and it’s a very small shop with not a ton of stock (or parking spaces, although the nearby Bunnings parking helps out in this regard). That said, the staff there are incredibly helpful and will go the extra mile to make sure your project is a success. They looked up the amperage I needed to run my car fridge off one of their additional 12v ports on their computer, and frankly that’s going the extra mile. Great customer service.

The young lady Abby helped us and she was absolutely amazing, knowledgeable and technically able to sort out our issues answer our questions.

**************** Buyer beware ****************I took my faulty battery gold plus that cost over $230 to get tested. I asked the staff member to test my battery. After they tested it, they informed me the battery was “cooked” as the CCA <10, and I needed to buy a replacement one.I told them it was under a three-year warranty, and I have the receipt. The staff member then told another staff member that “this customer wants to claim a replacement battery under warranty.”She then tested the battery again and told me it was not faulty as the IR reading was 291.21, and it now is not covered under warranty as the battery has been sitting not in use for a long time. However, this assumption was not the case, and I was using my car just yesterday.She stated all it needs is to be recharged and to come back tomorrow and refused my warranty reclaim. I was in desperate need of my car and needed to purchase a new one, as I would have been stuck without a car.Buyers, be aware! Autobarn are happy to sell you a replacement battery at take your money, but when it comes to warranty claims, they make every excuse to void your warranty. I feel scammed and shocked on their behaviour towards their customers

Went in to get my headlight bulb replaced - Tim was absolutely amazing! He installed the new bulb for me, defogged both of my headlights and had great customer service. He had great knowledge of my car and also gave me some tips about it. I will definitely be coming back here if I need anything car related. The price to replace and install my Headlight was VERY affordable (almost half of what I have paid previously at other mechanics). Thank you :)
