Requested for employment seperation certificate and all they did was kept on informing me that it has been sent to ATO and Centrelink, even when I went in by person and had the form. Centrelink has not received it at all. Better have improvements.

Turned up to recycle someCardboard only to be turned away as it was too windy to unload.. so seems they don't have the appropriate infrastructure to handle waste.

Have been billed long after cancelling the services. Have sent 10 emails, 4 calls, one formal complaint with no actionm I was billed AGAIN this morning even after having called again yesterday.

If I can, I would give them -10. This company is a disgrace! Their truck driver dropped the rubbish bin and destroyed my car and month after that happened no one from Cleanaway is responding my calls, even though I've left many messages and lodged the formal complaint. This is an example that you can behave like a savage and get away with that. You should be ashamed for destroying a family car and not taking responsibility for your actions. How can anyone feel safe parking their car in front of their houses when obviously Cleanaway drivers can randomly destroy them and get away with that. What a world we live in. Wild wild west!!!

This is the second worst business I have ever dealt with, the worst being fast way couriers.They are extremely arrogant and their word means nothing.I'm shocked they are still operating with such a low standard of customer service. Their word means absolutely nothing and I will not use them any more.

About the only good thing in this business is the customer service … get charged for bin getting emptied when it didn’t … weekend charges when it’s not in my contract …. Charging me for excess weight of nearly double the size of the bin how that apparently fit into the skip baffles me … ridiculous will be getting my way out of this contract for sure ..

Do not go for this company.Firstly I had to call several times to receive the bin. I wasn't happy as their first service was delayed a week. So I asked for the cancellation due to their failure of delivering the service from the start. They offered me 2 free pick ups to stay on with them. I agreed.First pick up was properly done.Second pick up wasn't done but their driver said he did his job.I had to call them again every single day to chase up and they continuously said it will be picked up next day but took them a week to do.ask them to reschedule the future pick up since I only get to have 1 week of my fortnight pick up but they said they cannot do so. They expected me to pay weekly pick up fee.Out of 3 first services they meant to provide, 2 of them didn't carry out and they continuously lied about it. So this time I asked for cancellation due to their failure of keeping the service on the contract.They later sent me an invoice with 3 picks ups when they only did 2 and dates were all wrong. Also it is them who offered me first 2 free pick up for their wrong service. They also charged me $150 for cancellation of contract even if they are the one who failed to provide the service.I called them and send them the email to discuss about the invoice. Staff on the phone said she cannot open the file due to no internet and their manager provided me a phone number to discuss but the number was out of order. I contacted them again but no response from them.I won't certainly pay the invoice until I hear from them and I am happy to go to tribunal as I have kept all their responses and phone recording.I do not recommend this company unless you are happy to go through this unethical and unprofessional company,

Absolutely disgraceful service. Sadly our local hard waste collection service has been outsourced by Brimbank Council to Cleanaway. The operators of this service did not collect the hard waste, lied about whether they had attended and then when I needed to contact them to follow up; the call centre operators were rude, unprofessional, hostile and literally laughed down the phone. I was transferred numerous times and given the run around. There is no real way to escalate a problem at this place as a ratepayer of a council with an outsourced service. When I complained via phone to Cleanaway the operator provided a fake name, fake ID and laughed down the phone again. Total joke of a company.

This complaint is referring to a Cleanaway driver in Adelaide. A road was completely blocked by his truck. I asked if he would be long and he was very rude.Instead of apologising for blocking the road the exchange ended with him telling us to get fu**ed. A polite response when asked re the time that he needed would have had a much better outcome. Please teach your drivers manners Cleanaway

DO NOT GO FOR CLEANAWAY .This company forgot all aspect of customer service, respect and ethic.Bin Skipped, still charged for those, they add extra days on the invoice to charge us more and still ask for more money despite a non existent service.Where is your ethic cleanaway?
