Such wonderful service, IOrdered a 21 balloon bouquet for a 21st birthday, after speaking with Lou, we chose rose gold & pink colours. They were delivered on time, and they were absolutely stunning. I am highly recommending Lou’s Balloons - wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I have not experienced such incredible customer service in years & cannot possibly rate this company high enough. They went above all expectation & delivered a gift on a public holiday, for my mothers birthday as I live interstate. Brilliant quality, amazing service. I will be using them again & 100% recommend to anyone else that will listen to me. RAVE worthy service.

Lou was amazing. Her price, service and setup was amazing. I showed her a photo and she matched it perfectly. Hassle free as she setup and packed down. All the girls, especially the mumma to be, were raving about the baby shower garland stand. Don't go past Lou, 100% recommend. Xxxxx
