Stacy did a fantastic job of relieving my very sore lower back after 3 days of brutalising it on the trails. She was very much more careful in diagnosing the source of pain than a normal massage therapist would be, and her treatment was highly effective. I wish I could see her regularly rather than only when on holiday in Derby!

What a lucky find! In the heart of Derby right on the river. Stacey set me up for another few days of riding and a few tips on a better ride position and some of the local trials. Being a rider herself she really has the inside knowledge.

Stacey is one of the best! Her depth of knowledge enables her to quickly identify where my body needs repair work and she gives ongoing biomechanics advice and stretching exercises so I can continue working thru issues at home. I highly recommend her professional and friendly service.

5/5 service from Stacey.She quick to respond to a voicemail I left and get me booked in.She provided an assessment when I arrived (noting my previous issues) and then treated with a full explanation. I was able to ride from 9-5 the next day without any issues and she provided advice for mobility and stretches for the remainder of my riding trip.If you need some patching up, or long term advice while in town, drop in to see someone who is passionate about their work and an avid rider as well!

Tweaked my hamstring on the trails. Stacey worked her magic and released all muscle tension around the injury. This allowed it to heal fast and continue riding. Listens carefully, Easy going. Very knowledgeable. I will definitely be back
