Blinds person came out 5 times which included twice to measure. 4 weeks of back and forth, when we finally accepted their quotation, predominately due to the fact he put so much effort into the quote. Paid $6k towards $19k order and then had to have another person go and measure again (third time) three weeks after the payment. We then received notice the pelmet which the original person quoted was not correct and that it would cost a further $2.2k to have the correct item or proceed without. We lost our other suppliers as they now had 4 weeks wait lists. We now will move in to our home with 3 children and newborn with no window coverings. Carpet Call not accepting any liability and we had to argue to get our $6K back in cash as that was how we paid. We've been chasing Jessica Dare the Operations Manager for th details of GM to File a formal complaint but she keeps ignoring our requests and.saying he's too busy! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Falsely quote, false advertising and misleading and deceptive in every way! So many other large blinds companies to go to which are professional and well priced..

Called up for a simple request of more information on carpet styles and material since the website doesn't have this information got met with a rude bloke named Sam, tried to rush me off as quick as possible even putting me on hold without notice. needs to work on people skills I wouldn't be letting someone like this deal with my customers. eventually got the information i needed but not pleasant and very unhelpful.

Hamish is an absolute legend, he is a genuine person and was happy to take the time for us to discuss our options after he quoted up the job.
