Rude. I was asked by the young ginger butcher that looks like he spends several hours in front of the mirror each morning I haven't seen you for a while

Excellent service, they always look after me when I’m buying bones for my dog. Having moved up from the Gold Coast they have helped make me fell a part of the community.

I stood behind one man being served. There were three men standing behind the counter, two of whom didn’t even spare me a glance. They stood by the occupied server’s side and just pretended I wasn’t there. The serve glanced at me many times but didn’t make a move to serve me or get the other two to look my way.I’m glad the man in front got what he want, but I’ve never been purposefully ignored at a store before, and I don’t really get why.

Bought a lamb shoulder for $35 it was so badly rolled and looked like it was in 3 parts and the bag had about 100grams of liquid. Disappointing

I have given this butcher shop a one star for the previous service they provided. The second time I shopped at this butcher the middle aged man charged me for labour" to chop up the brisket bone I wanted for my small dogs. I was shocked because the previous time I went the young "nice" butcher offered to cut the bones without any extra cost of complaints. I was so disappointed by the middle aged mans attitude and lack of customer service that I will not be shopping there again."

We always get our meat from here it’s the best quality and the service is great even when they are packed they still get want you want thanks guys .

Doesn't really deserve one star. I have given this place a couple of chances and this is the last straw! Staff are RUDE and unhelpful. They only want to cater to people who buy mince and ask NO questions. I asked a few questions about bones for my dog and the guy said in a condescending tone let me tell you now

Unsafe food practices!!The guy who served me used his bare hands to grab the extra meat to make up the amount I asked for. From chicken pieces to chuck steak ect..It wasn't until he held up the eftpos machine as i tapped my card I noticed his hand was covered in meat I thought back and went hang on a minute. He was touching most of my food with the same hand.Surely it's not that hard to use the inside if the bag or throw a glove on right? It's one thing to touch food with your bare hands but you have just cross contaminated not only the food your selling me but the whole batch you grabbed from. If this happens infront of customers imagine what we don't see.The customer service was nothing like you would expect from a small business also. I will never go back Here. Deplorable!!

Great staff, very helpful, with a sense of humor. Very high quality meats!
