Hi Everyone, especially for potential clinicians.I have been working with Encara for several years as a physiotherapist. It has been pleased to work with nice team work, great support from mangers and scheduling staff even accommdation arrangement while lots of locum roles. Hopefully i cam make significant contributions for Encara in the future as well.

Thoroughly enjoyed my time with Encara. Commenced as a new graduate and was provided with plenty of opportunity to advance my career and develop my skills. Always felt supported by management and scheduling team and able to approach regarding questions, feedback or concerns. Willing to meet halfway.While not always perfect, the team was always looking for feedback and ways to improve, provide a more effective service and better support staff.Strong focus on quality and consistency of service across the board. More work still to be done to increase or facilitate support to regional staff but this is always improving.Great team.

BAD....our experience is the physiotherapy services focus on individual's limits and incapacities rather than supporting and encouraging their goals to improve and enhance capacity.

Horrible communication skills. Does not respect the employees. One of the worst places to be working in 100%.

I absolutely love working for Encara as a physiotherapist. The company have been nothing but good to me since I started. Always flexible with my hours and I have a great work/life balance. The training they provide staff and the quality of service they deliver, is above and beyond. My VIC state manager is absolutely amazing. He is always super helpful and supportive. The national operations are also super approachable and always happy to answer any questions you may have. The entire team are just wonderful and I couldn’t recommend them enough!

Thoroughly enjoyed my two years at Encara and would strongly recommend them to anyone looking to work in aged care.As an Occupational Therapist Encara gave me wonderful opportunities to expand my skills including consultancy, community based work and management opportunities.Encara strongly supported me in advocating the wonderful services that Occupational Therapists can provide in aged care. The organisation also supported me to assist in developing an Occupational Therapy positive culture both in the workplace and within the organisation.Encara provided me with great work flexibility which allowed me to have a great work life balance. Encara also supported me by allowing me to relocate. Encara has a positive culture and includes regular regional social events.Encara management are always looking to improve the services they provide and better support their staff. They have always been open to my feedback and have actioned it appropriately.I am thoroughly greatfull for the opportunities that Encara have provided me.

Absolutely loved working for Encara. Great team, Awesome Supervisors and Managers who were ready to help anytime and always replied to all enquires promptly. Great work life balance and very professional in their approach to everything. Will defenitaly miss being a part of this lovely Organization. proud to have been part of the Encara Family!!

Great Organisation to work with.Supportive management.Flexible working day and hours.Good renumeration rates in Industry.Manageable workload.

Red Flag.... If you value your registration look elsewhere. Dismal pay with nil support.Run buy management with limited clinical and managerial knowledge.Managers running other managers down to clinicans .Always short staffed due to poor reputation within the industry and Physiotherapists resigning on a daily basis.Much better and safer options available....AVOID at all cost
