Extremely BAD! .. Have had my Laserdisc Player for almost a year ... I have to make the effort to call them to find out what the hell is going on... purchased a part internationally and now they say no tech guy can fix it ...Take it from me never go there ... look interstate and pay the extra cost for freight.

Stay well clear of this company if you are able to. I know there is not much choice in Launceston but look elsewhere if possible.The lady at the counter is extremely rude!I've been waiting for for a part for my coffee machine since February.They firstly ordered the wrong part and when I questioned her about it I was met with hostility.So after no communication for months, I called to find out the progress and I was met with hostility again.So eight months after I first went there I asked for my money back and was then verbally abused.I must stress that not once did I raise my voice or get angry at her. I am not a problem customer. I paid my money upfront and I have been extremely patient.KT Electronics, this woman claims to be the highest authority there. If this is truly the case, you really need to address your custom service.If not, you would do well to either put someone else in that position whom is better suited to dealing with people or perhaps give your lady some training in courtesy and customer service.If there actually is a higher authority there I would be happy to talk to you.

Worst customer experience I can remember. Not so much for questionable technical outcome, but for indifferent attitude to the customer.A1 condition Vintage Pioneer tape deck was playing too fast. After 2 months, no phone advice I got the tape deck back but it now plays too slow and the pause button had been broken and repaired very badly with glue. When I took it back to have the speed adjusted and the button repaired, totally disinterested in helping. Got a text msg wanting tapes to calibrate the tape deck to my tapes. Telephoned to discuss but experienced a very angry response. Concerned that the tape deck would be damaged further, I asked to pick up and was told to return the old parts, they wanted to refit and give money back. I didn't want any more damage, so I got the tape deck back 3 days later with a sticky note saying speed adjustment changed with speed control resistors. Can't see the resisters and it still plays 10 to 15bpm slow and the pause button is completely unusable.I'll be taking the tape deck to Hobart to another electronics repairer.

2021: Terrific service. Very helpful. The woman at reception excellent. TV repaired.16/8/2022: Update. Had an issue with another TV and called and spoke to Kim who was fantastic. Sorted it over the phone and gave great advice at no charge. Brilliant. The place to go without doubt.

Although KT couldn't repair my Bose remote, they gave me alternative contacts who could.....wonderful customer service...very much appreciated.

I Have sent a Milwaukee impact gun to get repaired twice now with the same issue. It has now stopped working for the 3 rd time in 6 months, same problem. Lady on phone was quiet rude and wouldn’t help at all. I would not recommend sending anything to get repaired here. Unprofessional and shonky workmanship.

Although they couldn't repair my item, I was offered solutions and they were absolutely great to deal with. Definitely recommend

Took my Milwaukee drill in to be fixed in March and after two months it was finally fixed". When I tried to use it it was in worse working order than when I dropped it off. I returned it and was told the new part was faulty and when the new part arrived still wasn't looked at for another week. Total of nearly 3 months. How is a tradesman is supposed to make a living without tools? Biggest joke of a shop in Launceston
